Jonah Garb joins KW Properties Group

International real estate investment and services company Kennedy
Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that Jonah Garb has joined
the firm's commercial brokerage division and will be based in the
company's Beverly Hills headquarters.

of commercial real estate experience to our brokerage team and has an
outstanding track record for completing transactions with local buyers

Garb specializes in the leasing and sales of upscale retail, restaurant
and office properties throughout Los Angeles, representing landlords,
tenants, sellers and buyers from Hollywood to Beverly Hills, Santa
Monica and Malibu, as well as the San Fernando Valley.
