BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (August 19, 2026)Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment company, today announced that Jaime Lee has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and Real Estate Investments. A widely respected real estate executive, Lee brings more than two decades of experience across investment, development, capital formation, and asset management. Most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Los Angeles-based Jamison, Lee joins Kennedy Wilson as the firm continues to expand its investment management platform and deepen relationships with institutional and private capital partners.

In her new role, Lee will help lead capital formation initiatives, strengthen relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners, and help drive investment opportunities across Kennedy Wilson's global real estate platform.

"Jaime brings an exceptional combination of investment expertise, operational experience and long-standing relationships across both the private and public sectors," said William McMorrow, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kennedy Wilson. "As we continue to grow our investment management platform and expand our capital formation capabilities, Jaime's proven ability to build partnerships, identify opportunities and navigate complex transactions will be invaluable. We are thrilled to welcome her to Kennedy Wilson and look forward to the leadership she will bring to our next phase of growth."

"Kennedy Wilson’s exceptional team, global capabilities, and proven track record across market cycles create a tremendous opportunity as we continue to scale our capital formation efforts. As investors evaluate where to allocate capital in this next cycle, there is a particularly compelling opportunity in multifamily, where constrained supply and durable housing demand are creating attractive long-term fundamentals. Kennedy Wilson’s deep operating expertise and versatile investment platforms are powerful differentiators as we expand relationships with investors and strategic partners," said Jaime Lee, Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets and Real Estate Investments, Kennedy Wilson.

Lee joins Kennedy Wilson following more than 20 years at Jamison, where she helped transform the company into one of Southern California's largest privately held real estate owners and developers. Throughout her tenure, she played a key leadership role in growing an 18 million-square-foot portfolio spanning office, multifamily, retail and medical properties while establishing the company as a national leader in office-to-residential adaptive reuse. She was instrumental in advancing more than 7,000 residential units across 36 buildings throughout Los Angeles, helping address the region's housing shortage through projects serving all income levels, including affordable housing.

In addition to her industry accomplishments, Lee is widely recognized for her civic leadership throughout California. She serves on the Executive Committee of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is a Commissioner on the California Coastal Commission, and previously served as President of the Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners, overseeing the largest port in the Western Hemisphere. She also serves as a Trustee of the University of Southern California, where she is the first Asian American woman to serve in the role.
